PRIVACY POLICY

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. We respect your privacy and do not share customer information with third parties, except those directly involved in the processing of orders and shipping.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is calculated real-time and includes tracking. Please note that by selecting untracked shipping you understand that a package may be lost in transit by the carrier. We will not be responsible or liable for this loss, as you have foregone the option to ship your package tracked and insured. Shipping confirmation will be provided upon order processing. Please allow an additional 15 business days for order delivery.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-base basis. If your item is faulty or damaged, we require that you notify info@wesupportthelocals.com within 48 hours of receipt. If an exchange is permitted, items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags. You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with returned items, unless otherwise stated. Any returns will be exchanged for items of equal value or will be refunded with store credit.
